Shipping policy
• Shipping, delivery, title, and risk of loss
Available delivery methods, charges, and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly say otherwise. We will have a reasonable basis for any shipment representation. If we cannot ship within the promised time, or within the period required by law when no time is stated, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated delivery attempt may be deducted from a refund or charged to a Business Customer, but only to the extent disclosed and permitted by law. We may make partial shipments if this does not materially prejudice you; we will not charge extra shipping solely because we split an order.
For Consumer orders, risk of loss or damage remains with us until the Products are delivered to you or to a person you designated, except where applicable law provides otherwise. For Business Customers, title and risk pass as stated in the accepted quotation or shipping term; if no term is stated, risk passes when the carrier takes possession at our shipping point, to the extent permitted by law. Title does not pass until payment is received in full where retention of title is lawful.
• Delivery problems, inspection, and claims
Inspect the shipment promptly. If Products are missing, incorrect, visibly damaged, leaking, or appear unsafe, stop use, preserve the Product and packaging, take photographs, and contact us at info_usa@europolish.com as soon as reasonably possible. A notice within five business days helps us investigate carrier damage, but missing that target does not waive a Consumer's statutory rights.
Do not return hazardous, leaking, or damaged material without instructions. We may arrange inspection, safe disposal, collection, replacement, or refund. We pay reasonable return costs for Products that were damaged before delivery, supplied incorrectly, or validly rejected as defective.
Business Customer Terms. Claims for visible shortage, shipping error, or transit damage should be made in writing within five business days after delivery, and claims for a latent nonconformity within a reasonable time after discovery and within the applicable warranty period. This administrative deadline does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.
